Métier travels ~ Cornwall

Mid September we traveled South across the county border into Cornwall seeking inspiration, sea air and a change of landscape. Even though geographically Cornwall is so close, the atmosphere and scenery seem to take on a completely different personality to Devon. We stayed close to the Lizard Peninsula and spent an unusually warm (for September) few days exploring this region. From cliff top walks to sandy beaches and hours wandering around Trebah Gardens, it’s an area of the UK that we never tire of.

The Autumnal colours of the cliffside flora were stunning. Native succulents “English Stonecrop” amongst others flourishing in a sometimes brutal environment.
